Casey Leong, MD, is a fellowship-trained physician proudly serving patients at Spine Center Atlanta, which has locations in Atlanta, Savannah, Conyers, Forest Park, Augusta, Macon, and Decatur, Georgia.
Dr. Leong is a multidisciplinary pain medicine specialist with expertise in interventional pain management, regenerative medicine, sports medicine, bowel and bladder management, and wound care.
Dr. Leong received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder in Boulder, Colorado. He then completed his medical degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan, and went on to finish his residency in general surgery at Detroit Medical Center through the Wayne State University School of Medicine.
He continued his medical training with additional residencies — one in urology and one in physical medicine and rehabilitation, both at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia.
Subsequently, Dr. Leong completed a fellowship in interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine at Medici Spine & Pain in Kennesaw, Georgia.
When Dr. Leong isn’t working, he focuses on his fitness, which includes powerlifting, martial arts, running, and snowboarding. He also enjoys playing the guitar, bass, piano, and drums.
