Andrea Grider, CPT

Andrea Grider grew up all over the world as a daughter of a Colonel in the U.S. Army. She has been a fitness enthusiast since the first day she started swim team at the age of seven. As her passion for fitness grew, she took the obvious next step and became certified as a personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise. She now channels her enthusiasm for a fit and healthy lifestyle to others. She believes in a holistic approach to wellness which includes a balanced exercise routine. She continually broadens her base of knowledge by working closely with other professionals in the industry to keep abreast of what’s new and fresh in the fitness arena. She has been a permanent, long-term resident of Buckhead in Atlanta for over 20 years.

Jeremy DeRamus, LMT

Jeremy DeRamus has been practicing massage since 1996 including a certification in Reflexology and advanced competencies in hot stone therapy and sports massage. Jeremy serves as the senior member of our massage therapy team. An avid weightlifter and fitness proponent himself, Jeremy’s vision is to help his clients relieve stress, reduce chronic pain and stiffness and improve circulation for an overall sense of enhanced wellbeing that strengthens the entire body mechanism. Jeremy uses aromatherapy and a calm, serene environment to help clients achieve maximum relaxation and a heightened state of natural healing.

 

 

 

Michael Teal – LMT

Michael holds the Upledger Craniosacral I & II certication and is further trained in Swedish/Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Reflexology, Chair Massage and MFR (Myofascial Release).  He has experience with hot stone massage and energy work. Michael has worked in various massage therapy settings including chiropractic offices, corporate settings, private practice, studio and five-star hotels in the Washington, DC, area.

Michael joins the team to participate in the medical massage program, but more specifically to grow and expand the wellness/spa massage program and focus on building a clientele requiring specialized services in the area of craniosacral and myofascial release.

Michael  is excited about this new opportunity, noting he is ready to join a progressive company which offers the possibility to achieve further certification and personal and professional growth within the industry.

Micheal’s addition to the massage therapy program now rounds out our four-clinician team of two female and two male therapists, each with their own style, skill set and experiences in the industry.
