Georgette Durden: Georgette is the practice administrator. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice. Georgette has a bachelors degree in management from Southern Polytechnic State University in Atlanta, GA. Georgette has 14 years of experience in the healthcare field specializing in medical coding and reimbursement. She is a Certified Professional Coder. She is a member of the AAPC, MGMA and Georgia Orthopaedic Society.

Marci Hunt: Marci is the billing manager for the practice. She provides assistance to patients regarding insurance benefits, workers compensation guidelines and individualized patient financial counseling. Marci insurance expertise helps patients cut though the red tape and gain understanding of their benefits.

LeFaye Moses: LeFaye is the scheduling coordinator for the practice. She coordinates the scheduling for all diagnostic testing, physician referrals and surgery scheduling. LeFaye works with the patients, other health care facilities and providers to ensure that the patient is scheduled in a timely manner that is most convenient for the patient. As a Medical Assistant LeFaye also assist Dr. Chappuis and Rick Chappuis, P.A. with patient care.

Gwyn Farley: Gwen is the certified x-ray technician for practice. She oversees the x-ray department of the practice. She takes all in-office x-rays and ensures that the physician has the correct outside films and reports for each patient. Gwyn also assist Dr. Chappuis and Rick Chappuis, P.A. with patient care.

Sheyla Quant: Sheyla is the practice receptionist. She is a compassionate and caring person who assists patients with making office appointments and ensures their questions are answered by the appropriate staff person or doctor. Sheyla is bi-lingual and can assist with Spanish speaking patients.
