SpineCenterAtlanta’s Wellness Center is dedicated to meeting you where you’re at and to helping to achieve your personal goals for wellness. We understand that not everyone knows where to begin or how to improve, and this is where we can help you. Our certified personal trainers have years of experience working with clients from different backgrounds and with various priorities for fitness.

Trainers

Anne Erbil, LMT

As a licensed massage therapist and fitness instructor, Anne believes that exercise and bodywork are imperative for leading a healthy and active lifestyle. Anne is also certified as a personal trainer through ISSA and attended the University of Georgia in Athens as an Exercise and Sports Science major. She enjoys fitness as an integral part of her daily life and has consistently been weight training for the last ten years. She later attended the Atlanta School of Massage to train as a licensed massage therapist and also became a Power Pilates instructor through Studio Lotus. As her love for fitness instruction grew, Anne decided to extend her training by learning to teach a variety of exercise classes, such as body sculpting, step aerobics, cardio kickbox, and bootcamp.

Andrea Grider, CPT

Andrea Grider grew up all over the world as a daughter of a Colonel in the U.S. Army. She has been a fitness enthusiast since the first day she started swim team at the age of seven. As her passion for fitness grew, she took the obvious next step and became certified as a personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise. She now channels her enthusiasm for a fit and healthy lifestyle to others. She believes in a holistic approach to wellness which includes a balanced exercise routine. She continually broadens her base of knowledge by working closely with other professionals in the industry to keep abreast of what’s new and fresh in the fitness arena. She has been a permanent, long-term resident of Buckhead in Atlanta for over 20 years.

Personal Training Membership Program

Whether your goal is to lose 10lbs or to gain 20lbs, the Personal Training Membership Program is designed for the individual committed to transforming his or her body and to achieve maximum fitness and wellness. Monthly members receive two 45-minute training a week plus a Saturday fitness class.
