Andrea Grider, CPT
Andrea Grider grew up all over the world as a daughter of a Colonel in the U.S. Army. She has been a fitness enthusiast since the first day she started swim team at the age of seven. As her passion for fitness grew, she took the obvious next step and became certified as a personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise. She now channels her enthusiasm for a fit and healthy lifestyle to others. She believes in a holistic approach to wellness which includes a balanced exercise routine. She continually broadens her base of knowledge by working closely with other professionals in the industry to keep abreast of what’s new and fresh in the fitness arena. She has been a permanent, long-term resident of Buckhead in Atlanta for over 20 years.

Whether your goal is to lose 10lbs or to gain 20lbs, the Personal Training Membership Program is designed for the individual committed to transforming his or her body and to achieve maximum fitness and wellness. Monthly members receive two 45-minute training a week plus a Saturday fitness class.
